Before venturing into Consulting, Suresh Pai was part of the Kotak Mahindra Group for over 13 years till January 2013 and has cross functional expertise in different businesses in Banking, NBFC, and Commodity Exchange space in various positions in Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Debit cards, ATM Management, Commodity Exchange management.

With over 20 years of experience in Operations, Internal Controls & Risk Management, Business Strategy, Training, Coaching, Legal, Recovery, Business Intelligence, Business Solutions et al, he is well acquainted with the Institution Building and Setting Culture.

Suresh is a Chartered Accountant, and a Commerce Graduate from the University of Calicut. He also has done Micro Masters in Business Management, IIM Bangalore in 2018.

A homemaker for 10 years and another 10 years of running a Pre-school in Mumbai and studies for 2 year of rigorous study and evolved as a CA. with 3 exemptions.

Vineet Hetamasaria has over 16 years of experience in the field of investment, finance, accounting, audit and compliance. He started his career in the investment field as an equity research analyst for the leading domestic Institutional broking house – Batlivala and Karani Securities India Private Limited (B&K Securities) in the year 2004. With his training as a Chartered Accountant, he made a name for himself for the equity research coverage of Indian Auto Component sector. Due to his strong hold over the subject, he got a special mention in the Asiamoney Brokerage Poll. Continuing his journey in the equity research, he took over the role of Head of Equity Research at PINC Research (institutional broking and equity research arm of Pioneer Investcorp Limited).

After serving the clients in the institutional segment for over 8 years, Vineet switched the side and moved to institutional investment and joined investment team of Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Limited.

However, the bug of entrepreneurship bit him and after 10 years in corporate world got into consulting and is a specialist in providing his services in the field of Accounting, Audit, Compliance and Financial management to the clients in MSME segment.

Vineet is a Gold medalist in Post Graduate Programme in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He is also a CFA Charterholder from CFA Institute, USA which is the largest association of Investment professionals in the world. Vineet has done his graduation in commerce from Utkal University Bhubaneswar and was awarded Gold Medal.

Amarnath has got more than, 12+ years working experience in the area of Corporate Legal Compliances and Operation Management with India’s leading Corporate & MNCs like Bridgestone ACC India Pvt. Ltd., L&T-CASE Equipments Pvt Ltd., Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd., IDEA Cellular Ltd., Entertainment World Developers Pvt. Ltd., Indian CAG, Bharti Infotech Ltd., Reliance Corporate IT Park Ltd. & Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Etc.

Areas of expertise is in Legal & Compliance, Operational Efficiency improvement, Process Management, Strategy development for achieving end to end project goals and Training and Development.

Amar Nath is a Law’s Graduate, M.B.A. (Finance & Operations) and he has also done PG-Diploma in Financial Management from IIEM, Bangalore.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having 6 + years of experience in Corporate Secretarial and Legal compliances. He has expertise in SEBI, ROC, RBI, FEMA, NBFC, Corporate restructuring Compliance and due Diligence. At present he is also serving as an Independent Director in one of the largest textiles based renowned listed Company in India. Before starting own consultancy services, he has served as Key managerial Personnel and Compliance officer in the Zaveri Group of Companies which is a (Group of 10 Companies (including one Listed Company and two Section 8 Companies) and 35+ Limited Liability Partnerships and Registered Partnership firms.) Prior to working with Zaveri Group, he has also served as compliance officer for Sintex-BAPL Limited, Light Microfinance Private Limited (NBFC) and Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited.

Key Achievements during his tenure as the compliance officer:

– Incorporation and conversion of more than 50 Companies and LLPs, including foreign investors being part of such new entities;

– Restructuring the composition (merger and amalgamation) and other matters of Companies and LLPs;

– Shifting of Registered Office of Companies and LLPs. This includes shifting of Registered Office from one state to other;

– Redemption of Preference shares of worth Rs. 20 cr.;

– Overall compliance of takeover of three Companies with capital of Rs. 10 crores each;

– Preferential Issue of fully convertible warrants of amount Rs. 600 cr.;

– Right issue of shares upto overall amount of Rs. 1500 cr;

– Conversions of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and further listing of those shares;

– Issue of (Listed/unlisted) Non-convertible Debentures upto overall amount of Rs. 3000 cr.;

– Successfully handled inspection of Reserve Bank of India officials;
